Where are you located?
We're located at 9856 N 19th Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85021, and we serve the entire Phoenix metro area (Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert). We also ship orders nationwide.
Can I order less than the minimum?
Yes. You can usually order fewer pieces with a slight price increase depending on the quantity and decoration method. DTF printing in particular has no minimum order.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are completed in about 10–14 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders and next-day turnaround may be available — just ask. We also offer same-day printing for DTF heat press orders.
What kind of shirts do you use?
We use many different brands and styles depending on your budget and goals — most often Gildan and Next Level, along with options like Bella+Canvas, Port & Company, and more.
How do I order a DTF gang sheet?
Use the Extreme Gang Builder page on our website to lay out your designs on a gang sheet and order online.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Screen printing (best for higher quantities), DTF heat press / transfer printing (no minimum, great for full-color and small runs), embroidery (best for caps, polos, and jackets), custom patches, and vinyl/heat transfer for names and numbers.
What events and occasions do you print for?
We print for all occasions — company apparel, team uniforms, sports teams, church groups, nonprofits, fundraisers, 5K races and fun runs, family reunions, graduations, concerts, festivals, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, memorials, and awareness campaigns. Group orders and matching shirts are our specialty.
Do you serve first responders and public safety?
Yes — we serve firefighters, police departments, military units, veterans organizations, and all first responder teams with custom logo printing on uniforms, hi-vis gear, and patriotic apparel including American flag and camo designs.
Do you offer free design help?
Yes — our team helps with artwork and mockups so your design is print-ready before we produce it.

DTF printing questions
Is there a minimum order for DTF printing in Phoenix?
No. DTF transfers and DTF heat press printing at The Extreme Print Lab have no minimum order and no setup fees, so you can order a single shirt or a full run.
Do you offer same-day DTF printing in Phoenix?
Same-day printing is available for DTF heat press orders. Call 602.348.3000 to confirm availability for your order.
What is a DTF gang sheet?
A DTF gang sheet packs multiple designs onto one sheet of film so you pay for one sheet instead of many separate transfers. You can build and order one online with the Extreme Gang Builder at https://www.extremeprintlab.com/gang-sheet.
What fabrics can DTF print on?
DTF prints in full color on any fabric, including cotton, polyester, and blends, which makes it a good fit for t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and small-batch or print-on-demand runs.
