What printing methods do you offer?
We offer DTF (Direct to Film), screen printing, and embroidery depending on quantity, fabric type, and design detail.
Which method is best for my order?
Small runs and detailed designs work great with DTF. Larger bulk orders are more cost-effective with screen printing. We’ll recommend the best method for your project.
Will the print crack or fade?
When properly washed and cared for, our prints are long-lasting and durable. We use commercial-grade inks and heat curing processes.
DTF PRINTING FAQ
What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct to Film) transfers your design onto a special film, which is then heat pressed onto garments. It allows vibrant colors, high detail, and works on most fabrics.
Is DTF durable?
Yes. When properly applied and cared for, DTF prints are flexible, stretch-resistant, and long-lasting.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, but we are not responsible for defects in customer-supplied garments.
DTF GANG SHEETS FAQ
What is a gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a large sheet that combines multiple logos or designs to maximize print space and reduce cost.
Do you edit my gang sheet layout?
No. We print exactly what is uploaded. Please ensure sizing, resolution, and transparency are correct before submission.
What resolution should my artwork be?
300 DPI at full print size is recommended for best results.
SCREEN PRINTING FAQ
When should I choose screen printing?
Screen printing is ideal for bulk orders (24+ pieces) and designs with solid colors.
Are there setup fees?
Yes. Screen printing requires setup and screen preparation. These fees are non-refundable.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums may apply depending on the design and garment type.
EMBROIDERY FAQ
What is embroidery?
Embroidery uses stitched thread to create a raised, professional finish. Perfect for hats, polos, jackets, and corporate apparel.
Do you charge digitizing fees?
Yes. All embroidery designs must be digitized into stitch format. This is a one-time setup fee.
Can embroidery match exact colors?
We use high-quality thread and match closely, but exact Pantone matches are not guaranteed unless requested.

What promotional products do you offer?
We decorate pens, notepads, cups, hats, canopies, banners, backdrops, and more.
Are promo items refundable?
Custom promotional products are final sale once production begins.
SHIPPING FAQ
When does my turnaround start?
Production begins after payment is received and artwork is approved.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes, depending on availability. Rush fees may apply.
Are you responsible for shipping delays?
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
ARTWORK FAQ
What file types do you accept?
Preferred formats: AI, EPS, PDF (vector).
We also accept high-resolution PNG (300 DPI with transparent background).
What happens if my file is low resolution?
Low-resolution artwork may print pixelated. We print what is submitted unless graphic design services are requested.
